The Foreign Secretary has vowed to crack down on Russian billionaires who live in the UK.

Foreign Secretary Liz Truss said ministers have come up with a “hit list” of those who are connected to Vladimir Putin.

But she refused to say whether Chelsea owner Roman Abramovic was on that list.
