Ukraine War: Russia hits ‘logistic challenge’ as troops advance on Kyiv

Russian forces have captured the eastern outskirts of the besieged city of Mariupol, reports the Ukrainian military.

It comes as the Ministry of Defence say the bulk of Russian ground forces are now only 25km from the centre of the country’s capital, Kyiv.
