Easter getaway hell with travellers enduring 12-hour waits

The Port of Dover says waiting times are improving following 48 hours of delays for travellers.

One woman told Sky News she had been waiting on a bus for 12 hours while concerned parents reported on Twitter that their children had been stranded for longer than that, delaying the start of their school trips.

The port says wait times are now around an hour for cars.
