Russian forces ‘an army in disarray,’ says Lord Richard Dannatt

Lord Richard Dannatt, former Chief of the General Staff, told Sky’s Kay Burley that whilst morale across the Ukrainian forces is “at an all-time high,” the opposite can be said for the Russians.

He went on to say that they are “an army in disarray”.
